Oak and Country Furniture is a small family run business which has been established since 1993 and located in the historic market town of Pately Bridge since 1997.

We design and make high quality country and contemporary furniture using traditional methods. We specialise in seasoned English oak and other hardwoods. Painted furniture is also available.

All our funiture is individually designed and handcrafted from solid wood using traditional methods such as tongue and groove and mortice joints. the drawers are constructed of solid wood and assembled using dovetail joints. The wood is individually selected for each piece of furniture to ensure the best quality possible. Finally, the furniture is hand polished which produces a high quality finish. Pieces can be polished to match existing furniture. A painted finish is also offered as an alternative.
